Our summer camp takes place at the Mraz Center For Performing Arts located at 600 E Hwy 13, Burnsville, MN every year! Our camp is a week and a half long. In our camp, kids entering grades 5-9 come together every day from 12pm-5pm for a week and a half to put on a full-length musical to be performed that same weekend! They are mentored by expert performing arts high school students who have been in the Burnsville Theatre Program for years. In our camp, your child will learn the fundamentals of putting a live production together, and depending on whether they choose to do technical crew, or act on stage, they will spend the majority of their time learning and rehearsing their roles for the show within their position, whether that be on or off the stage.

"I am SO excited to be directing Lion King JR. this summer, and even more excited to share my knowledge while also learning from kids as they share their perspective on fun, wacky, silly, wonderfully written story! Come join us as we dive into the world of modern theatre!"
